Founded by Nasyith Majidi and Awalil Rizky who served in a wide range of economy and business fields.

Mr. Majidi, chairman of BRIGHT Indonesia, formerly is a director and senior economist of Econit  Advisory Group, chairman of JSX’s member securities company, and involved in Jakarta-based  venture capital company. Running several business and social activities, he’s also head of investment committee of UGM Fund, a mutual fund backed by University of Gadjah Mada, and a commissioner of Bank of UGM Duta Gama.

Mr. Rizky, managing director of BRIGHT Indonesia, formerly is an economist and business consultant for several institutions. Deeply involved in local and national empowering peoples and participation in economy through micro finance activities. He’s also a chief economist of BMT Venture Company and assists several groups of young entrepreneurs.

Both of them are an author of 9 book series: Indonesia: Undercover Economy. Three of them are published in June 2008: Neo Liberalisme Mencengkeram Indonesia, Bank Bersubsidi yang Membebani, and Hutang Pemerintah Mencekik Rakyat. The next two series, Kemiskinan yang Tak Bisa Dientaskan and Minyak yang Menggelincirkan will be published in January 2009.
